So I want to be a cat for Halloween and I found this cute costume at Spencer’s Gifts. The only thing is, is that it comes with only the tail, collar, and ears. My question is, where can I find the outfit part of the costume? I’ve looked online on Victoria Secret and Fredricks of Hollywood and didn’t have much luck. Any other ideas would be great!!

Ugh.. today is halloween and I REALLY need cat ears for my costume. I made my own costume and I have a hello kitty headband and its silver but idk… if that would look okay? Any ways to make your own cat ears?
